給c盤(pán)Windows目錄下的臨時(shí)文件夾Temp的安全選項(xiàng)卡中加入NetWork Service用戶并賦予全權(quán)
依次添加權(quán)限：
1. C:\Windows\Temp
2. C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\Temporary ASP.NET Files
3. 關(guān)閉IIS，稍等片刻后打開(kāi)IIS，運(yùn)行webservice即可解決了
